Le service offert rempli le mandat donné. Par contre lors des travaux les gens m'ont indiquer quelques problèmes mais n'avais aucune possibilité de modification. Lorsque j'ai donner le contrat je croyais faire affaire avec un spécialiste en gouttière mais ce n'est pas le cas. Le travail a été effectué selon les termes de l'entente. Si vous souhaité faire affaire avec une entreprise de gouttière, ce n'en ai pas une.

Esteban and James did an amazing job! Booking with the office was smooth and easy, and received a reminder 2 days before. These windows are not easy to navigate but they managed to wash them perfectly. They were punctual, respectful and completed the job in a good amount of time.Used them for a second property where there was a small misunderstanding. I believe in judging performance in the face of adversity: the two guys showed up on time only to discover that their equipment didn’t work (the company had switched filter systems and they were incompatible with the machine). After 10 minutes on the phone they rolled up their sleeves (so to speak, it was unbearably hot and they wore T-shirts) and cleaned all the windows by hand, using ladders to get to the really high windows in our house. Not for a second did anyone complain. That demonstrates a good company culture. We’ll definitely use them again

They were careful to avoid disrupting my newly planted strip of garden, and carefully moved any furniture where necessary. They washed lots of double paned with 2 & 3 panel windows interior & exterior including the tracks & frames with a PLEASANT ATTITUDE & PATIENCE!! They were PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, QUICK & EFFICIENT, METICULOUS, VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS & RESPECTFUL! Plus at the end I was given a package of homemade caramelized popcorn made by a family member of Vitres Ultra Nettes as a special token of appreciation! WOW what a THOUGHTFUL gesture!!! Who does that today in this day & age!!! I was TOUCHED!! I really APPRECIATED it & the popcorn was DELICIOUS!!!! I ENJOYED the experience & am VERY HAPPY & SATISFIED!!
